Guimard 9

Guimard 9 is a renovation project in the European quarter of Brussels. The building was completely renovated into a passive building, with the latest technologies for maximum flexibility, comfort and durability.

The office spaces have a surface of 5600m². GIA Systems installed adapted detectors in these rooms, which we developed especially for SAPP® climate ceilings.
The building management system in Guimard 9 is a GIA BUS system, which ensures optimum comfort, energy savings and safety.
