Developer DutchRE B.V. in Amsterdam has ensured that this tower, also called Martinez office tower, has undergone a real transformation in 2017: the former 17-storey office building is now a four-star hotel with 222 luxury rooms, a spa, and a business club with terrace on the 15th floor.

Flexbox^® junction box

Our Flexbox® junction box stands for a swift and safe and sound e-installation. Thanks to the patented system of copper plates there is no internal heating, no floating zero, minimal transition resistance and voltage drop. Moreover, the production process is CEBEC and KEMA certified!

Since time is a very expensive concept in the modern world (‘Time is money’), GIA Systems has specialised in customised and prewired Flexbox® distribution boxes. In combination with GIA plugs and cables, the electrical cabling ends up in a pluggable, plug-and-play installation. Not only does that make cabling fun, it also makes the job done faster!

In addition to our Flexbox® junction box, Total Elektra B.V.’s electrical installers also worked with ± 3,000 GIA extension and connection cables, making it even easier to configure the right components.
